These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wolf Lopez websites, newsletters, digital products, communities, memberships, educational materials, and related services, including Wolf's Inner Circle (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Services, creating an account, purchasing a product, or subscribing to a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, subscribe to, access, or use the Services.

1. Wolf's Inner Circle

Wolf's Inner Circle is a paid membership providing access to educational content and other membership features that may include:

  • Cryptocurrency market research

  • Market commentary

  • Cryptocurrencies and projects Wolf Lopez is researching or watching

  • Personal opinions and observations

  • Examples of personal investment activity

  • Educational content

  • Community access

  • Videos, posts, messages, or live content

  • Other membership materials and benefits

The exact content and features included in the membership may change over time.

Nothing within Wolf's Inner Circle constitutes personalized financial or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to purchase or use paid Services.

If you are not legally permitted to enter into this agreement or purchase the Services in your jurisdiction, you may not use the paid Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with laws applicable to you.

3. Subscription & Billing

Wolf's Inner Circle is offered as an automatically renewing subscription.

Unless a different offer is clearly displayed to you at the time of purchase, the current introductory offer is:

$1 USD for your first 3 days, followed by $97 USD per month.

When you purchase the 3-day trial, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method:

  1. $1 USD when you begin your trial; and

  2. $97 USD after the 3-day trial period ends; and

  3. $97 USD each month thereafter until you cancel.

Your subscription automatically renews each billing period unless canceled.

Applicable taxes, if any, may be added to the displayed price where required.

4. 3-Day Trial

Your trial begins when your initial $1 payment is successfully processed and access to Wolf's Inner Circle is provided.

The trial lasts for 3 days.

Unless you cancel before your trial expires, your membership will automatically convert into a paid monthly subscription at $97 USD per month.

You do not need to take any additional action for the subscription to renew.

If you do not want to be charged $97, you must cancel before the end of your 3-day trial.

5. Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the billing terms presented at checkout.

After your trial, your membership will automatically renew at $97 USD per month until canceled.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, we may retry the payment and/or suspend or terminate membership access.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Wolf's Inner Circle subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals but does not automatically reverse charges that were properly incurred before cancellation.

If you cancel during your 3-day trial and before the first $97 renewal charge occurs, you will not be charged the monthly membership fee.

If you cancel after a monthly payment has already been processed, your cancellation will normally prevent the next renewal.

Unless otherwise stated, you may continue accessing the membership for the remainder of any paid membership period.

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Wolf's Inner Circle is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to these Terms and any refund conditions clearly disclosed at checkout.

If you are not satisfied with Wolf's Inner Circle within the applicable 30-day guarantee period, you may contact us and request a refund.

The guarantee period begins on the date you initially purchase access to Wolf's Inner Circle.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

The money-back guarantee does not entitle a member to repeatedly subscribe, consume membership content, request refunds, and rejoin for the purpose of obtaining ongoing free access.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse of the guarantee, chargeback abuse, or other misuse, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Cancellation and refund instructions may be provided through the website, membership area, payment portal, or customer support.

When contacting support regarding a subscription, you may be asked to provide the email address associated with your purchase so the subscription can be located.

Cancellation is effective once successfully completed or confirmed through the applicable cancellation method.

You should retain your cancellation confirmation for your records.

9. Digital Products & Immediate Access

Wolf Lopez products and memberships may consist primarily or entirely of digital content and services.

When you purchase a digital product or membership, access may be provided immediately after successful payment.

By purchasing and accessing digital content, you acknowledge that delivery may begin immediately.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer law.

All content provided by Wolf Lopez is for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing contained within the Services constitutes personalized:

17. Personal Use Only

Unless expressly authorized otherwise, your purchase provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Services.

Membership access may not be:

  • Shared with others

  • Resold

  • Sub-licensed

  • Publicly reposted

  • Used to operate another paid community

  • Used to create competing products or services

One membership is intended for one member unless otherwise stated.

18. Intellectual Property

All original content provided through Wolf Lopez and Wolf's Inner Circle, including videos, research, written materials, graphics, branding, training materials, community posts, presentations, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Wolf Lopez and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, record, scrape, commercially exploit, or publicly share protected membership content without prior authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

19. Community Conduct

Members must behave appropriately when participating in Wolf Lopez communities.

You may not:

  • Harass or threaten other members

  • Spam the community

  • Promote scams or fraudulent opportunities

  • Impersonate another person

  • Attempt to steal another member's information

  • Distribute malicious software

  • Share private membership content publicly

  • Use the community for unlawful activity

  • Intentionally interfere with operation of the Services

20. Suspension & Termination

Termination does not affect rights that accrued before termination.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may also temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, technical problems, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Wolf Lopez is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, accuracy, or actions of independent third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact customer support so the issue can be investigated.

Submitting a chargeback does not alter the subscription terms or transaction records associated with your purchase.

We may provide payment processors and financial institutions with relevant records regarding a disputed transaction, including checkout disclosures, acceptance of these Terms, subscription information, access records, cancellation records, communications, and refund history.

Nothing in this section limits your lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect transaction.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Services will always be uninterrupted

Wolf Lopez is not responsible for investment losses resulting from your independent decisions to buy, sell, trade, or hold cryptocurrencies or other financial assets based on information obtained through the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

26. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Wolf Lopez Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable Privacy Policy.

27. Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure

Your use of Wolf Lopez Services is also subject to the Wolf Lopez Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure.

The Disclaimer contains important information regarding cryptocurrency risks, financial information, investment examples, conflicts of interest, earnings representations, and user responsibility.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Your continued use of the Services following an effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

29. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the legal operator of Wolf Lopez, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply based on your place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of protections that cannot legally be waived.

30. Severability
